I'm a lecturer
living in Nantwich,
Cheshire. I teach agriculture, business, and IT (including using
a computer to trace your family tree and web page design).
I have a special interest in search engine optimisation and the use of
social networking sites for small businesses. This site is my

a map of places visited) which is a personal guide to traditional and
unusual food shops. I also have a Good Food Shops page on Facebook

I'm fascinated with howthe food we eat had been influenced by
